Hi everyone....im an australia and just joined the board...
just tell you a little bit about myself... im a 20yr old guy,
72kg, 1.76m tall, started my trianing a year ago, now,
im training 4 times a wk, can row 500m in 1.36mins,
11x chin up and 60kg bp.
My goal is to bulk up a bit on my upper body and try
to lift more weight.
Post anything if you have any suggestions, thx a lot!!!

thx maniclion, im also taking protein - carb shake twice daily
and creatine in the morning and before training.
I hate fat but love carb, especially bread and pasta... hehehe ~~
