Hey everyone!
As you probably guessed I'm new here. Growing up I was never too big. I was tall, but not built. Thats what I want to change.
I just started working out a couple of months ago and it really hasn't been going as I planned. Mostly because I work hard but don't see the results too much. That's why i came here. I hope to change some things and get some answers.
