Hi all! My name is Jo. I have been working out with weights on and off during the last years. Started working out at a gym again (seriously) about 3 months ago, after the birth of my 3rd baby (who is 5 months now). Before, I was running long distances (5 marathons, and a many road races). After having my last baby, I was left with 34% bf. After 3 months it is down to 26%. My first goal is bring it down to at least 20%. I love working with weights and doing cardio. Now, I follow a 4 day split, and do cardio 3 times a week. In this website, I have found plenty of wonderful information. You are all so knowledgeable and fun. I hope I can start a journal soon here, but I still haven't decided when. Kind of nervous,
p.s. I am a southamerican but now live in Asia
