Is there anyway to enable the feature that allows you to see a portion of the post when you roll over the thread with your mouse?

This feature is enabled.
If you place your mouse pointer over the leading thread it will show a brief paragraph in reference to the message.
I have found that for a few of them, they do not work for some reason.
I haven't been able to narrow down why yet. I thought maybe for the ones that did not work they might have been created before this software was implemented, but that isn't the case either.. But most work anyway.
