im coming up to a years training in july, ive made some nice gains, and lost quite a bit of weight without being on a diet, now im ready to start propper training, with a serious diet and a serious training sched, im looking to lose around 15-20lbs of fat while keeping my muscle and maybe building it up.
few details about myself below

height: 6'1
weight: 230lbs
bf: id say around 20%

id like to get my bf down to 10% iff possible.
