Is bread alright to eat? I like to make a sandwhich using bread and mustard and turkey breast.....Is bread alright to eat while on a lifting routine?

Depends on your goals and what kind of bread you are talking about here.
If you are cutting, the less bread the better but Whole Grain or whole wheat is acceptable in small quantities. If you are bulking, IMO, bread is find so long as it is again, whole grain or whole wheat bread.

I agree with Jodi, when cutting I wouldnt consume any.
whole wheat is iffy as well.. check the ingredients, even 100% whole wheat can have white flour and corn syrup or glucose. look for those.

I eat a decent amount of bread while I bulk. It's always whole wheat bread, and I avoid bread with added sugars, white flour, and worthless ingredients/preservatives.
