Regarding PH/PS use, I think I am going to quit using it for now. This may or may not be permanent. Why? It sort of just hit me, but I have used plenty over the past 1 1/2 years, and there I have several thoughts: * I can honestly say that I am not sure that in all this time I am not sure I have any more muscle now, than I would without it. * I cannot attribute any (appreciable) strength gains to it. * They do nothing for me in terms of nutrient partitioning. They do not help me lose fat, they do not help prevent gaining fat when bulking. * Then there is the ever present concern in the back of your mind regarding long term effects of hormone fluctuations, etc. * Lastly, I have really nailed down training, nutrient timing and supplementation to a tee, and I believe I can (relatively) easily achieve my goals even if PH/PS use would increase total LBM. So for now, and indefinitely, I am PH/PS free. |

I like the orange cream a lot, as well as the apple. I have some fruittropical, but haven't tried it yet. Um, Jodi, Ab-Solved does not have DHEA. Sorry, I forgot to list the Cell-Tech. |

Well, if I had to provide a 'diagnosis,' you seem to have-- -- Markedly subnormal levels of resting, natural SNS activity -- A Naturally low 'P' ratio seemingly independent of your natural hormonal milieu -- Naturally low insulin sensitivity/glucose tolerance -- A Body that runs Unnaturally well in conditions where glucose is scarce --) glucagon levels are high/blood glucose levels aren't -- A very curious operational metabolic relationship with your phospholipid membrane & dietary fat intake -- A disarmingly good sense you style, you lady-killer, you...
