I'm 125 pounds an trying to loose body fat, I don't want to get bigger, just mantain the muscle that I have, my main goal is as I said loose body fat, how many grams of protein shoud i bee having?

A good starting point for you would be 1G per pound of bodyweight

many variables at hand, but one gram of protein per pound of body weight is a good ball park figure.
