If you would prefer a ratio oppose to a planned diet like carb cycling, I'd suggest 40/40/20, that's 40% P, 40% C, 20% F. It's up to you though but if you've been low carbing it for long, I'd suggest giving your body a break.

I think I'll give Carb Cycling a whirl. What cycle is recommended? No/High/Low/Repeat? I just signed up for Max-Op?? Is that a good lifting program for a beginner? |
