ok now that i got ur attention.. i just started 2 diet and 2 work my abs more 2 geta six pack and i was wondering if any of u guys, or girls, know ab exercises that dont require a bench of any kind? just me and the floor, becouse im trying 2 do at least six ab workouts a day, i need some that dont require a bench, besides the crunch and situps. any info will be greatly appreciated, thanx..

You can do crunches on a floor just as you can on a bench.

Bicycle crunches, reverse crunches, long arm crunches, hovers, leg raises, and vertical leg crunches. That is enough to get your started. If you need to know how to do a movement, then google is your friend.

DimebagDarrell good one though.

Well I do my abs very often at home as I don't always have time to do them at the gym.

I do about 3 sets of 20 reps of leg lifts with my hands under my a$$ to prop myself up a bit as I find this gives a better lower ab workout. & I do about
50-100 crunches after that.
