How much rest time are you guys using with GoPro's workouts? Should I be able to complete the workouts in around 50mins? My workouts usually run to around 1 hour and 10 mins...3 minute rest periods..it has worked for me, but I'm certain I need a change in my routines now.
Let me know what you guys are using for rest periods, total sets, and total workout time. BTW, I haven't used his workouts yet, but I will start soon. Thanks.
My w/o's can take up to 1 1/2hrs depending on what i chose to do for calves and abs and how much i talk
I have been impliment p/rr/s II so the sets for each body part vary majorly....

My workouts usually take just about an hour... unless I am doing abs too. Abs can add 20 minutes onto my workout.
My sets also vary .. depending on the type of workout, P,RR or S. I rest 1 minute 30 seconds for RR and S week. I rest 2 minutes between sets for power week.

I just started it this week. Since I workout on my lunch hour, I'm stuck with 45-50 min workouts. I don't time rest periods all the time like I should, but it was around 2 mins between sets.

I usually wait about 2 minutes during power week and 1 minute during rep range week. I haven't done shock week yet as I was doing the routine without shock week for one cycle before I started the full routine. I imagine I will do about 1 minute or 90 seconds for that.
