Best multi-vitamin

Hey i looking for a good multivitamin to take.
I was looking at Nature's Plus selection since all their vitamins are food based, and are suppose to be more bioavailable to your body or whatever. However i noticed that almost all i them have herbs of some type in them.
I'm really anti-herb, cause i believe they are drugs more or less, I know they are natural, but regardless think they will have a affect on one's chemistry. I know some of ya'll don't feel this way and thats a your opinion and i respect that. But i was wondering if any one knows of a good multi-vitamin that doesn't have any herbs and is food derived.

I like Essential Balance by Nature Made. They have USP cerification so they are comprensively tested for purity and good manufacturing practices. Kirkland (Costco) also has this certification - see uspverfied.org for more details.
