I am 5'9, 30 yrs old
Last year I weighed 220 lbs (of fat). I started a diet and got down to 190. Then I started working out and lost 5 more lbs. Then I started the Body for Life plan and got down to 170. Now its almost like I am stuck here.
I need to tone up. I don't care to be hugh but I want to be 'Chizzled' sorta speak. I still have a little belly that is only seeable with my shirt off. I don't look like I have fat on my when I am dressed but I want to see muscle.
Is there anything I should take? I don't want to take anything with major side effects (i.e Ephedira)
Is there anything I should do?
I work out 6 days a week and I am not noticing a change anymore. I pretty much follow the body for life eating program by eating 6 meals a day. I am working on changing it so I only eat unprocessed food. Fresh veiggies fruits and whole cut meats.
Any help would be apprectiated

Body for Life is a good plan; congratulations on your achievement. Now you may be ready to tweak it a bit to get that last bit of fat to go. Try decreasing the carbs a bit and increase the protein. You could also adjust the exercise. I don't know if you' re following BfL exactly, but if you want to see more muscle, you could decrease the reps and sets and increase the weight. BfL is more of a circuit-type routine that uses lighter weight and higher reps/sets to build muscle and burn fat. By building more muscle you'll also help burn the last of the fat.
Other people may have other good ideas.

What about Creatine, sometimes I hear it is good, and some times I hear that it isn't. Somebody told me that it was a 'THEORY' that it helps muscles recover faster.

Try the P/RR/S routine you'll find here. Carb cycling will also work - there are sooo many threads about it.
