Spices???

Ok, I searched.. but to no avail.

I need to know a healthy GOOD tastig spice to use on my elk burger, chicken, and steak. I was using lemon Pepper, but then I saw how much sodium was in it! Any advice is greatly appreciated because plain food is.. well.. so plain.

I think cumin goes really well on chicken. There is this Peruvian chicken place nearby that makes really good rotisserie chicken; that is the primary spice they use and it is a big hit around here.

Thanks man.

Would it be good on steak too?

Never tried it. It's worth a shot. Let me know how it turns out.

Cumin on steak? Eh I'm not sure about that one. Now cumin mixed with other spices on steak, that would be good. I've never really used cumin much though. You can make your own taco seasoning with cumin, paprika, and some cayenne pepper. That would go well with some ground beef.

With Bill Murray? Love the movie. I know what you mean.
Play some music at work very loud, you are alone after all.
Do you like "The Strokes" ?

Posted by: PreMier

Yea, the one with Bill Murray. I have a schedule, and I follow it EVERY weekday. Rarely if ever breaking it. I like having a schedule, but not this one.

I have never heard of the strokes.. What kind of music?

Yes. The 3 Cds go for about $35.
Like I said, donīt look for information about it, let it be a surprise.
Be impulsive for once.

Posted by: PreMier

Fine. They better atleast be decent.. Or I will never speak to you again!

Posted by: aggies1ut

I personally don't like The Strokes. To each their own though. Surprises can be good, or they can be bad lol. I would atleast listen to a couple of their songs before blowing 30 some bucks.

Haha.. do exactly as I say.
I would love to feel that again, hearing it for the first time without knowing nothing about it.
Tell me, do you like Pavarotti? Haha.. J/K

Posted by: PreMier

Jose Carreras, Placido Domingo, and Luciano Pavarotti are all good. Although I am not into Opera much.

Posted by: Vieope

They are not that bad.
Good night and good shopping. It is too late here.

Posted by: Monolith

The Strokes and Pavaratti rock. Imagine if Pavaratti covered some strokes songs?

Go buy the CD's, PM.

I don't mind a little sodium periodically. I drink enough water to make up for it and I don't intentially add salt to my food.

I like Lawrys on chix and beef I also love worchestershire sauce on burgers
