Hi guys, from what I Can see I'm going to learn alot about nutrition, proper training and everything that comes with this great sport and to a wide spread group a life style.
A bit about me. Well I'm 20 and I live in Canada. I'm not a big guy at all standing only 5ft7 close to 5ft8 but I'm built well tipping the scales at 174lbs but I'm not all that fat but it's there without mention. Putting on mass has not taken much work at all with no help from any form at all. but I'm now starting to want to get bigger and real lean and have a hard cut look......for now. I just placed my first order from LMR. I went with the Primotest and the Equilone plus the RedLine for a boost of energy before training. I hope to cut bodyfat down as much as I can while keeping lean mass and work my ass off and pray for a six pack. If any one used the LMR stuff let e know how it is, sorry to ask a question but just letting you know what I'm trying out as well this is my first time with any supplements at all.(please read my post in supplements and help me out!) I'm still real new and I'm not sure if I have done enough reading yet toi know what I'm getting in to but I'll take it slow and reaserch lots more before I start anything, I'll be safe guys don't worry!
The name Tribal comes from my tattoos because I have like 9 and the one on my back takes up lots of room going from left to right at the shoulders and then about 3/4 the way down. I'll post some pics after I start to look a it more presentable here.
