how do you guys find out how many calories and the nutritional info on foods you might get in a restraunt? Like some obscure ones, for example today I had Calamari at a Japanese food restraunt.
I was curious because I am starting to track my diet and it seems like an impossible chore right now to find out how many calories I am getting a day. I am pretty much trying to bulk a bit now, and somewhere within the next 2 1/2 months time i want to start cutting down for the start of school.
If you are bulking, a little excess of calories from what you planned is not that bad.
When you start cutting avoid obscure restaurant foods.

Yeah, I am bulking right now so i figure it doens't matter. I am just trying to get into the habit of finding out my daily calorie intake before I start cutting. It is getting annoying. I plan on slowly cutting back the calories through the summer while adding a little bit of cardio here and there.
