Are you trying to gain weight, lose weight, or maintain? Approximately how many calories are you eating each day, and per meal?

A couple of things off the bat:

Eat a little less fruit and little more fibrous veggies. Fruit is good, but it has a lot of sugar in it which isn't good most of the time. Breakfast is a pretty good time for it, but only one fruit or the other is really necessary.

Your diet totally lacks fat. Your body needs fat, period. Make sure it is good fat though. Unsaturated fats are what you are looking for, but not trans fats. Fish oil, flax seed, olive oil, nuts, and a few other oils are pretty good for this.

Wheat bread isn't the best source of carbs. Brown rice, barley, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and even WW pita is better.

Lose the cereal bar. Most likely it has sugar and added bullcrap you don't need.

You need carbs right after a workout. Without carbs, your body lacks a vehicle to shuttle nutrients and protein to your muscles. Do a search for insulin spike. Some people prefer to spike their insulin post workout, but I avoid it because my body stores fat easily.

Don't eat a banana right before bed. All of those calories are going straight to your gut because they're not going to get used. Focus more on protein and healthy fats before bed. I love cottage cheese and peanut butter. That has been my standard last meal for some time now.
