Is there an optimal time which to consume the pwo II meal after a workout, is it cool if i eat it like 10-15 minutes after my pwo shake?

I generally eat again 30 min. after my PWO shake. I don't know if there is an "optimal time," but 30 min. seems to be the norm.

I typically eat my second PW meal about 45 mins after my shake.

cool thanks, i was just inquiring to see if I ate my second meal right after the first if there could be a greater chance of spilling over my glycogen

I usually wait 30-60 minutes. I think the idea is to allow your body long enough to get pretty well into digesting the post workout meal before you throw another one at it.

I have carbos with a Shake PWO I, and then wait 90 minutes later and eat PWO II with real food.

Is 90 minutes way too long to wait for PWO II?

you want to wait at least 45 minutes before consuming whole foods after the liquid PWO shake...

Or just have a full meal (balanced) PWO and have you'r next meal within 2-3 hours

ew i don't know if i could do that i'd be starvin, i seriously believe there is a tapeworm living inside of me eating all the food before it gets to my stomach cause, i'm always hungry

Uh, don't do what sara suggested. You need whey and carbs PWO, then another PWO meal within the two hour window. I wait an hour and a half personally.

Peace.

I'm saying you can have whey, oats and EFA PWO and 2-3 hours have you'r next regular meal

It doesn't make sense for you to have EFAs after a workout. Also, you need to take advantage of the two hour window post workout to get a crapload of nutrients in. EFAs slow down digestion of nutrients, plus I personally don't believe in mixing fats and carbs, because fat in the presence of heightened insulin isn't a good idea. You're basically shooting yourself in the foot if you use your plan and hope for muscular gains

Peace.
