which is better for you real icecream or softserv. I have a real weakness for icecream. Also are there any healthier options then these types?

Softserve is lower in fat than hard serve ice cream. It still has sugar though.

yeah softserve is similar to frozen yogurt i believe in health terms, low fat/high sugar, mm i like soft serve ice cream at baseball games, the ones you get in the mini helmets

anyone tried the Smart Ones ice cream bars and sandwiches?

there is a cookies & cream ice cream bar they make, only 15grams of sugar and very low in fat!

Blue Bunney - They have all sorts of ice cream and they make some of it sf and ff and some less than 5G sugar with low fat.

blue bunny also makes ice cream bars that are low fat no sugar, they taste like ice milk though but a OK replacement.
