Hi,
I have recently purchased a tub of the above product and was wondering if anyone has any information about it.
I understand the theory behind it but am not too sure how to get the best out of it.
Is there any particular routine you should follow while taking the product, i;e certain eating plans or exercise plans?
Also, should I take this supplement on days when I do not plan to do any weight training or exercising?
Any help will be much appreciated

thanks

Can nobody help me with this?

It isn't that interesting. A protien with additional nutrients to help loose weight? Probally higher Carnitine levels that whats just in a basic whey protein amino acid profile.

looks like a glorified multivitamin/mineral

So would you advise me to only take it on days when I am going to train or every day?
Thanks for the help by the way.

Hold your horses, this is the product that contains:
"high tech ingredients such as L-Carnitine and Creatine"!!!!!
Malc, when you use it up, don't buy it again.

Why would you advise not to use it the twin peaks?
I have no idea when it comes to supplements.
I want something that will help to speed up my metabolism, and help to lose fat whilst also build lean muscle.
Can anyone suggest an alternative?
cheers

Making your own EC stack is probably the best. But the main thing when losing fat is your diet, be sure you got your diet in check or no supplements will be of any use anyway.
