hey,
I started working out in febuaray this yr, it is now june and i have gone up from 79kg to 85kg which means i have gained approx 15 pounds in this time (6 kg) do u think thses are reasnable gains?

Its normal for a beginner to make huge gains like that the first few months. Dont expect to gain 15lb of muscle every 6 months now on.

well, that would be about one pound per week, so yeah that would be very good...how much was LBM?
