Ok I found some worth getting, its like $45 for 90 20mg caps, is that a good price? so 2 a day for 4 weeks thats like 56 caps, thats the right for a 6 week cycle. just need some exact dose examples. do I take one in the morning then one before bed or 2 at the same time every day once a day. do I even need 40mg or is that more for extreme cycles, I'm using LMR Primotest and LMR version or EQ

40mg first week, 30mg 2nd week, 20mg 3rd week is the dosing ive seen. take it in one dose, no need to split it up.

Personally don't think you needed to go with something like NOlva on this cycle but the doseage you describe is right on. Don't OD on nolva (or any anti-e for that matter) though. Too much is not good.
