Eat nothing or Eat crap

I am a teenager, a person who loves bb and who has dovted his life to it. But seen as I dont know what im doing say the next hour, its hard to eat perfect. I usually do pack meals, but for the times I dont what should I do? I am cutting right now, basicly if I know I am not going to be able to eat ANY nutritious food for 4-5 hour wouldnt it be worth it to have a cookie or two?

I mean I dont want to loose any muscle I dont have to during this cut, so eating seriously like 2 cookies(small) would just keep me going right? Or anything very small right?

it is always better to eat something that is full of empty calories (like cookies) than to let your body go totall catabolic. they key is to plan your next meal while you are eating the current one, I am always at least 1-2 steps (meals) ahead in my mind...

Excellent advice. Even while cutting you can cheat sometimes and see good results, except maybe on a strict contest diet. Just think of it as one of your cheats and make the best of it. However, don't make a habit of it.

Where are you getting the cookies form that you can't find something more acceptable in a pinch?? Are you buying them at a sorner store?

A cooler on a boat I didnt know I was going to be on....

I think im just going to keep a box of bars in my car, just in case factor. Id rather stop the fat burning process then burn muscle off.
