Of course I am not gaining any weight, but at the same time I am not losing weight and still have a little bit of fat around the lower gut. I would think that I would be still losing weight. When Im not exercising I try to stay as active as possible by doing stuff around the house, taking walks downtown and shooting basketball. Most websites say to maintain, I should be getting around 2700-2800 cals a day for my size/activity (male, 5'10, 134). So my question is, is it possible that my body is in starvation mode and holding on to every calorie I consume, which is why I'm not losing. And if so, what is the best way to get out of it?
