I was wondering is buying ketosticks would be worth it. I was going to use them to determine when I need a refeed.

Yeah, get them from the pharmacy counter though. I've seen some similar stuff on the shelves recently and I think Ketosticks are less expensive.
Depending how tight you restrict yourself, you will probably hit big ketosis within 2-3 days every time ...

Well im not in ketosis, hmm less carbs lol. So everytime I hit major Ketosis I should carb up the next day?
