I have been swimming and jogging for the past 6 years and have been lifting weights to supplement my exercise routine. Recently, I begun to lift weights more seriously and have seen some results. This forum is great and I have learnt some fabulous tips and tricks to improve my regime for maximum results. Will definitely come back for more.
