Hi I'm Stacy,
I am new and looking forward to exchanging info and getting some great tips on diet, exercise, supplements and more!!!! I am 5'4'', 125lbs., blond hair, blue eyes. I have been working out off and on for the past 4 years. I have decided to become more disciplined with my diet and workout routine. I will be posting some pics soon!!!
