Another Gyno Question!

Ok, I am sure this has been beaten to death but I really can not find any definitive answers besides the one I would rather not go through. I am 20 years old now and have succeeded in losing about 60 pounds of fat in the last few years, unfortunately my worst fears are true, my breast size is exactly the same as it was when I was fat Now that I think about it I seem to remeber that during puberty my nipples always were somwhat sensitive, now they feel fine exept for the huge amount of hardened shit underneath. I am pretty convinced I have gyno from puberty because I have never taken any kind of gear with my weight training. I have looked many places on the internet and it seems the only difinitive way to clear it up is surgery. Not having that kind of money and not wanting to go through that kind of embarrasing experiance is really turnning me off to that idea. Is there any other treatement besids surgery, like injections or something? I really would like to find some solution to this problem and you guys probably have heard much more than I have on the subject.

Thanks,
Zin
