Hi everyone -
I'm currently doing a weight-loss / muscle building program with a trainer. I see her twice a week, and train on my own 3 more times a week. I am doing cardio + weights 4 times a week, and running for an hour 1 time a week.
I've lost 40 pounds and gained about 10 lbs muscle. I'd like to drop another 50 lbs over all (so maybe -40 fat +10 muscle).
