So it mean's that I will have to be patient unstead of driving my body crazy's. How low my BF should be to have real nice definition. I was looking to drop my BF until I see something's like JLB Abs
Oh well they might not be as nice and I know that her BF was pretty low, she is AWESOME, but at least IF I can see my abs WITHOUT contracting them, what BF should I approximatevly reach

Abs have to do with genetics. JLB has some great plates. Unfortunately, some of us can reach her level of bodyfat and still not show abs like she does.

So building more muscle that I have right now, will help to burn more fat and this without getting into your crazy diet comp planning. So now it means that it's only a questions of patience and time to lower my BF and I will get throught it, but it's only gonna take more times instead of driving my self crazy.
I might be to impatient and a kind of tired for being now into a 6 months cutting plan
