??? about going to 3 day split 2x week

alright, im looking to do a 4 week put on as much weight, lean mass and body fat as possible. Im currently 178lbs 12% bf and a very hardgainer. so hopefully more lean mass than body fat. I got my diet all set up but my question pertains to the workout. Currently my shcedule looks like this:
Mon - off
Tue - Chest
Wed - delt
thur - legs
fri - off
sat - back
sun - arms
I am doing the GOPRO p/rr/shock workout, and have had good gains over the past 9 weeks, i have gone throught the 3 week cyle 3 times. i was considering making the routine as follows for the 4 weeks:
Mon - Chest, Delts
Tue - Back, Arms
Wed - Legs
Thur - Chest, Delt
Fri - back, arms
Sat - Legs
Sun - off.
the questions is should i stay like i have it or, try the new split for the 4 weeks??????????????????????????

i dont agree with that. putting chest and delts together and back and arms together is probably not your best bet. back, bis, and tris will take you forever to accomplish, and the use of the bis in the back area will hinder your ability to work them effectively alone.
how bout:
mon - legs
tues - chest
wed - back
thurs - tris
fri - bis
sat - shoulders
sun - off
if you want to gain the weight, lift hard, eat like a friggin pig, and give your muscles more than enough time to recover.
the way you want to do it involves triceps in SIX activities during the week, four as synergist and two as directly hitting them. probably a bit strenuous. give em a rest. a lot of their growth will not depend on what you do while working them out, but how you treat them between workouts
