P/RR/S - anyway to specialize on legs?

I think I'm going to give P/RR/S a go now that I'm finishing up TPs TPPT.

Gopro - do you have any ideas on how to "tweak" the program to focus even more on legs. mine are definitely lagging and i was thinking leg day might do well with a little more volume in that instance?

Are you even sure it is more volume that you need? Perhaps the program as is will bring up your legs.

That said, you have a couple of options if you truly feel you need more leg work. You can up the volume slightly on leg day or you can add in a little more legs on another training day during the week (not a full workout, but just a few sets) or every other week you can cut back on upper body work and do 2 full leg workouts. I have used all of these methods with success with people with lagging bodyparts.

Thanks for your incredibly fast response! Maybe I'll go with it as written for a few cycles through before fiddling with it. I have to remind myself often that more isn't ALWAYS better. Maybe it is in the case of my legs...but I'm not even sure. This way I can learn what works best.

As I'm sure gopro will agree, sometimes less is more. Perhaps your legs are "suffering" (which I doubt, you look great to me) because they don't like the volume they're doing now and would prefer to do less.

I can promise you NG that Gopros program will kick the crap outta your legs. But you HAVE to make each set count and push yourself. That is the key I think with low volume. Make each set count!
