I guess I'll tell you a little about myself, and hopefully this introduction will lead to some helpful information.
I've been overweight since I was about eleven years old. Been through the diet mill, and nothing really ever worked for me, and I've never been able to stay on a diet very long.
After a long battle with diets, I've decided to focus more on exercise to help me build muscle and shed some fat. I've been working out a couple of months now, but feel no gains have been made.
I'm looking to build some muscle fast, and I think what I am missing is supplements. I do take a multi-vitamin, and have tried 19nor (didn't work). I need some serious help from someone with knowledge on how to get started, from a good mass-building workout, to the proper supplements that will be most effective.
