Another newbie starting up

I've been reading the forums for a while and finally decided to register.
I'm a 23 year old male from NY. I'm 6'1" and 202lbs. I used to run track and cross country in high school and on into college. During my senior year, i worked out 5 days a week and got some great results. Things aren't going so great now, however. I've let myself go a bit and I'm looking to get back into shape.
