I need some advise on how to take GH STACK. It says on the instructions to take Stack before the 2 hardest workouts per week and then cycle 3 weeks on- 3 weeks off. However I train one muscle group at a time which has recently proven to be more effective and I seem less injury prone. This means I train 6 days a week and every workout is as hard as the other. The first week I took it every day and I trained like a monster however on the 5th day I experienced MAJOR skin flushing and I felt like i was going to explode. Why does this happen?
