has anybody tried this stuff or any other brands ? I need to find a low carb ice cream for my gf.

Sheesh, there are so many now. CarbSolutions, CarbSmart, Keto, Labrada CarbWatchers, Atkins, Dreyers (Edy's East of the Rockies) Carb Benefit, Ben and Jerry's etc. I've tried the CarbSolutions. Tastes really good if you don't care about all the sugar alcohol which I personally tend to avoid.

I only eat ice cream during a refeed or a cheat So for the refeed I like Edy's No sugar added Low fat ice cream.

The atkins stuff is pretty good. Their ice cream bars are really good also.

Weitght Watchers cookies & cream ice cream bars. Yummmm and only 2 points (what ever that means). They are wonderful.
