diet freak

im a diet freak and try to stick to my diet as hardcore as i can as many of you can relate to i love fruit to death and i love eating it, we have a lot of fruit in our backyard which i hardly touch due to my diet since i found out that they have lots of carbs.....i couldnt hold it and i ate about 5 hanfull of cherries today and freaked out all day about it, is fruit really gona mess up my diet or can i go ahead and have it as i crave it........????

IMO...when dieting you can eat fruit, but keep it to early in the day. if you are very active and low carbing you can eat certain low GI fruits (cherries, strawberrys, apples, etc) when ever you like..

low glycemic fruit defintly has room in a diet for sure. as LAM suggested, earlier in day may be better,depending how much you eat and when you train. having 1-2 servings/day isnt determinal to your diet as long as the rest is in line.
When dieting I prefer to stick with berries(strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) and apples and grapefruit.

Ah, people worry too much. I mean, really, have you ever heard of anyone getting fat from eating too much fruit? I certainly haven't.

You have cherries in your back yard??? Lucky. I have atleast 1 serving of fruit a day-usually in the am, berries. I dont think there is anything wrong with that, like AJ said.
