I decided to lose fat then in September when i go off to college to start bodybuilding. currently, im not eating much. but some people tell me that starving yourself can make u fatter, something with the growth hormones or whatever...another diet my cousin told me about is once a day u eat a BIG bowl of just meat. Thats it. U just eat one big bowl of meat a day and you'll lose weight. I tried it for a week last year, and I lost 6 pounds. But yeah, someone tell me about the starvation thing.....peace
