I'll just get straight to the point I'm looking to lose around 10-15lbs. I'm around 160-165 right now and just really wanna get cut up. So heres the plan so far..

Split
Day 1 - Chest & Back
Day 2 - Abs & Cardio*
Day 3 - Legs
Day 4 - Abs & Cardio*
Day 5 - Delts & Arms
Day 6 - Off/Cardio
Day 7 - Off

* done on empty stomach 30mins after waking up, or however long it takes for the caffeine to really kick in.

Diet
Meal 1
30g whey
1/2c oats

Meal 2 Postworkout
40g whey
35-45g carbs (some sort of carb powder or white bread if I do not have any.)

Meal 3
4oz 96/4 cut ground sirloin
1 wheat hamburger bun
ketchup/catsup
1/2 serving almonds
mixed veggies

Meal 4
4oz chicken
salad w/o balsamic vinegarette

Meal 5
1c cottage cheese
1tbsp flax

Est. Cals: 1750-1850

I'll lower/raise them depending how my energy level is doing/how I'm feeling each day. Any suggestions?

What is your breakdown of the macros? Male/Female?

I see where you could make a few changes.

Your gonna mix 40g whey with 30-45g of carb powder and eat it? That can't be tasty at all. Good luck with that brother.
