So I eat a lot of Tuna and Cottage Cheese. The sodium is very high in those. I drink about 5 liters of water a day. My questions are should I be concerned about all the sodium in the tuna and cottage cheese and does drinking a lot of water help flush out some of that sodium?

Nothing wrong with all the sodium. Just dont pound a kilo of salt and youll be fine.

And yeah, drinking lots of water will help flush it out... but you should be doing that anyway.

Will have to look for low-sodium Tuna. Haven't seen it in the grocery store though. Maybe a health food store?

wallmart carries it

I used to buy it, but I'm short on cash

Now I just get regular albacore in bulk from sam's club...cheap as hell
