After a great cycle of M1T, I can't imagine anything that would give me better results.... My lats grew so fast that I had to go for a back 'alignment'. Can you guys share some stories?

I'm only on my first week of this cycle, but I upped the dosage to 15mg, and I am thinking about 20mg. As for noticable results during the first week, only this: My body completely recovers from strenous training in about 48 hours. I will up my frequency this week. Seems like your gains got serious during the second week. We will see how the second week goes for me. I think the 4-AD does just as much good as the M1T for me. I'll let you know how week two goes...

If your back needed alignment it was because of your lifting technique and/or weights used, it doesn't have anything to do with your lats growing.

The thing that probably gets my back out of "alignment" the most is sleeping in the wrong position. I went camping out a week ago, and used an air matress. Paid for that one. Strength or mass gains should not require chiropractic adjustments. My lower back was so out of wack that I couldn't do deadlifts without it just killing me. One visit to my chiropractor and all has been well since.

Ronnie sees a chiro about twice a week as well as massage therapists, but he is deadlifting into the 800s. Size itself has nothing to do with it.

That MUST be it! I just moved and my feet hang off my current bed.

bending over to pick up a lint ball can cause some people to go out of alignment. I think back issues are a case by case thing. I love being adjusted. It makes my body feel better. Getting your neck adjusted is great for tension headaches too.

My dad was nearly disabled for months reaching for some TP one day, seriously it would take him an hour to crawl maybe 15 feet with large back support device on.

Wow...sorry to hear Mudge. Back issues do suck. That is the one thing I wish I didn't have any problems with. Once you have back issues it seems like you are stuck with them forever.
