Hi first off a little background
I am now 25 and im 5'8'' and well I used to play football in highschool and kickboxed my whole life
well as of late I have been doing warehouse work and a year ago I shattered my wrist well I slacked off badly and I am now up to excatly 300 pounds
I gained 90 pounds in the last year
well im huge but then again im not bed riddin huge as of yet so Im going to start running and stuff for the first time in a year
I have been taking stacker2 without doing much mabye walking a few blocks for the last few weeks to get used to it (dont want to be that fat kid in the papers that had a heart attack)
well is that a good start I am looking for other info but I dont see many people in here that are as heavy as I am
oh and a hydro somthin body fat test showed me at 34% so I havea long road ahead of me and hoping to see some helpfull posts
