Hi everyone! I been conditioning for about 3 weeks now. Rev suggested that I do that since I haven't lifted in a while. (Thanx for the advice again Rev) I have no access to the gym that I normally go to for about 2-3 more weeks. I want to start building mass to fill in some of this loose skin I have.

What is a good routine for me working at home? I have a dumbell set, bench (with leg extension& leg curl attachments), and a barbel.

Anything else??? Oh yeah, is stretching a big necessity? If so can any one help me with a good stretch routine? Also, rest times. What is a good amount of time for rest between sets and the time between exercises?

Oh I forgot one more thing. I decided to log what I eat and everything. It got easier after a couple of days. I use the calculators at muscletech to help me figure out what I should eat. My concern is should I use the weight I am at now or should I use an estimated lean body mass. I am 260lbs now. I have to take a guess that I have about 40-50 lbs of fat and maybe 5-10 lbs of extra skin (I was previously 380). So, when I plug and chug in those calculators what y'all think I should put?
