These are the only things I consume daily (cheats are rare): fruits. veggies including avo. Fiber One cereal. Non fat cottage cheese. Tuna/salmon. Eggs. Turkey/chicken/beef. Oatmeal. Peanut butter. Coffee. Whey protein. vitamins. Omegas, olive oil, glutamine. Water.

lets see... oatmeal, potatoes(sweet or red), eggs, chicken/beef/fish, lots of veges, fish oil, whey protein, fruit, peanut butter, cream(in coffee), olive/hemp oil, vitamins, water, herbal tea.
not daily but quite frequently: fiber 1 or All bran cereal, avocados, whole grain bread
