Is this true about water based injects

Can someone please tell me if this is true or not. I have heard that if it is a water based substance such as HCG Vitamin B12 and even winny that it doesnt need to be aspirated. I heard you can just stick yourself without withdrawing and then simply inject. If this is true it would be much easier for my HCG and V B12 shots. Thanks for the info. I am fully aware that with oil based injections you must avoid the veins at all costs and make sure you aspirate.

Why aspirate doing IM? I haven't juiced yet, but I give my Dad Depo-Test shots in the glutes--just stick and pump without withdrawing. Are you talking about doing the HCG IV?

You dont want that stuff in your blood running through your heart, water based or not.

Always, always, always aspirate.

Posted by: Pirate!

Just to make sure there is no blood?

Posted by: JerseyDevil

To make sure you're not in a vein.

I've gone through but have never pulled up blood yet.

Yeah, same here. I have been thru veins many times, but not once have I aspirated and pulled back blood. Better safe then sorry though.

That will be useful info for me. Thanks

i have pulled blood once in my glutes when i started my first cycle on my very first shot. lol yeah that was such a pleasent way to start juicing. Freaked me out for a bit, so im glad i have always aspirated. I will continue to aspirate even with water based injections as well. thanks for the input.

so there is no problem with air going back into your muscle after you pull back?

Posted by: Mudge

Air in the muscles is fine, you dont want it constricting the blood stream however.

So, if you do pull blood, do you just pull out and try again elsewhere? Is it okay to still use that dose with blood in the syringe?

With IM injects always aspirate! With subq there is no need to aspirate ie. hcg, and b12.

How do you do subq properly?

With HCG you would be using a slin pin...what you are going to do is grab a little skin and fat, pull away from the muscel push the pin in and inject. It only takes a couple seconds depending on how much you are injecting. Also, use different spots. Here is a nice little tutorial for you http://www.vh.org/adult/patient/inte...ectinginsulin/

Yes and yes.

With Sub-Q do you have to aspirate? That site posted for the slin injections it didn't mention it.

Posted by: Mudge

Nah, in fat stores the blood vessels are 5+ microns, not like veins in your arms etc

Thanks Mudge. I am going to be doing my first sub-Q injection of p-gh tomorrow morning. I didn't think you had to aspirate with sub-Q, but its always better to ask then be sorry later.
