Hello everyone.

I'm a builder so I'm in a pretty good shape as I work in all sorts of positions so have to be quite agile.
I have no problem lifting what I need to and feel I'm very strong although I don't have a great deal of real stamina.

My goal is to gain more weight and fill out a bit.
I'm 24 years old, 6 foot tall and weigh 150 pounds.

My real problem is, I just don't eat very much! and when I'm hungry I get full and uncomfortable too quickly no matter how fast or slow I eat or what I eat even, as I'll get bored and not finish either.

What would you suggest I do? I can't force myself to eat.

Not even a hello, I'm touched.

Welcom aboard!!

If you have problems gaining weight because you get too full and uncomfortable when you eat I suggest foods that are extremely calorie dense peanut butter, whole milk even potatoe chips with a protein shake. Have you ever used weight gainer shakes??...they can be very effective at bulking up.
