M1T and Knee Pain

I read the forums about M1T and it's sides of back and headaches, but nothing on knee pain. I'm taking M1T and am experiencing knee pain, pain along both sides of the patella. M1T works, making the muscle hard and shaped, but at doses above 20 mg, I experienced lethargy, sever cramping (pulled hams) headaches. Just too much. I am now taking only 10 mg M1T along with 600 mg 4AD, and am still experiancing knee pain. I'm thinking of cutting it down to 10 mg ever other day. I haven't taken it in two days, and knees feel better, but my pump and hardness is less. I'll take it tomorrow.

Has anyone else experienced knee pain?

I seriously doubt it had anything to do with knee pain; it was most likely some exercise you did and something went wrong, I have had that happen to me before. Didn’t feel anything on my knee during the workout but the following day my knee was killing me. Just give it some rest. Did you stop taking M1T for two days? I hope you started your PCT already. It’s not the smarted thing to go two days off without M1T and then come back and start again, don’t f*ck with your body like that; specially when taking M1T or any PS/PH for that matter.

I just started my second week on M1T and 4-AD. I went up from 10 to 15 mg of M1T recently, and it doesn't seem to be harder on my system. I experience slight joint pain and lethergy. I have read where some people lower there dose when they are experiencing too much back pain and the like @ 20 mg. I find that 15 mg is manageable unless things get worse. I wouldn't skip days--period. It sounds like you have inflamation in your knees. I suggest taking naproxen, unless you are concerned that it may be hard on your liver. If the pain is just in your knees, it is probably something you DID not TOOK. Give the knees a rest, stay at 10 mg. a day, or cut your cycle short and begin PCT immediately. You can always try again in a month. I think you would be fine stopping the M1T and continuing the 4-AD to the end of the cycle (up to 6 weeks), then starting PCT as another option.

And I do have slight knee and ankle pain even though I haven't worked out my legs in a month. I am not working legs due to an off-cycle injury. But, it just feels like I have been standing in line too long or something. Definately manageable.

No, I have not started my PCT because I'm still taking 4AD. I know it sounds crazy, but this is the SECOND time I backed off M1T (my first cycle of M1T) and my knees felt better. I'm not kidding, today is Monday 7/19. I'm finishing up here at work and my knees feel better. I did not take M1T yesterday, Sunday, or today. I'm baffled. I like M1T. My first cycle I was taking way too much. Maybe tonight I'll resume taking small doses. If I can get the same results on less, like 10 mg every other day, I'd rather do that. Or maybe every 18 hours. I'll try it. But my experience says M1T works pretty damn good.

I'd stick with a daily dose to keep level. Some people find 5 effective. There is a 200 lb. man on this forum who gets good gains off 5 mg. a day. There is a 160 lb. guy on here too, who just finished doing 20 mg. a day. It can be effective--with minimal sides @ low dosage. I'm doing fine at 15 mg. (I am 150 lbs.). Think I will stay here. Why go to 20 mg. only to back off when it kicks my ass, right? You might want to try Methyldienolone instead. Less sides.

as soon as i finished my m1d cycle 5 weeks ago my hips started hurting and knee, i was doing allot of running while on m1d i think my muscles grew so fast that made me run so much harder and faster that my knees and joints couldnt keep up!!..ive been told that from my brother he said" if your muscles grow grow faster than your jonts can keepo up you may experience pain" who has a degree in physical therapy and who is a olympic work out nut

Well, your muscles can certainly grow and recuperate faster than your connective tissue. Cartilage, ligaments, tendons, etc. can be damaged under such stress. Sounds like your running form isn't good. Either learn how to run without putting that stress on your knees or use an elliptical trainer. I had the same problem, and I love to run. But, the elliptical is sooooo much easier on your knees and back. M1T will cause some joint pain, especially in the knees and back. Don't know about M1D. You should consult the guys in the training forum. Most people run very wrong, and it causes knee pain. I did it for years, until I learned the right form.
