M1T Cycle

After reading all of the success that people have had, I am thinking about doing a cycle of M1T, but am very nervous about PH's and not sure if its for me. Trying to get a sense of what the on and off cycles (dosages, potential side effects) are for people going through their first cycle (this would be my first PH cycle ever).
