entering a prized challenge for motivation

I've been playing with the idea of entering a "challenge" where you work out for like 12 weeks using either somebody's program or supplement and then the person who's made the most improvement gets some sort of prize. The kind of contest where you mail in before and after pics. I always work best when there's some specific end goal in mind, so I figure why not give it a go. Has anyone done this? Any ideas on where I can find somebody promoting such a "challenge"? Opinions?
