I just purchased some Creatine Monohydrate and had a couple of questions:
1) How much should I take a day?
2) Is it worth 'loading' for beginners?
3) When should I take it? Before a workout, after, or some other time?
4) Should I take it with meal or not? Does it even matter?

2) Loading isnt worth the money wasted
3) In your PWO shake, something like 50g protien,50g dextrose, 5g creatine
